Leicester City return to Championship action this evening as they host Swansea City at the King Power Stadium.

Enzo Maresca’s side last appeared in the league eight days ago, playing out a 1-1 draw against Ipswich Town before beating Birmingham City 3-0 to book their place in the FA Cup fifth round on Saturday.

Ahead of this evening’s clash against Swansea, however, Maresca will still be without Kelechi Iheanacho and Harry Souttar due to international commitments while Wilfred Ndidi is sidelined till early April.

There is some good news for the Italian, though. He has Patson Daka to pick from after he returned from AFCON duty while Abdul Fatawu is serving the final game of his three-match suspension.

Despite interest from Brighton & Hove Albion, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall will start against the Swans tonight.

Here is our predicted Leicester lineup for tonight’s match…

Leicester City predicted XI vs Swansea

It isn’t easy to name a goalkeeper in the Championship who has been better than Leicester’s Mads Hermansen. The 23-year-old has impressed with his ability to distribute the ball from defence and has shown he’s difficult to beat in goal.

He will replace Jakub Stolarczyk, who made a rare start against Birmingham, while Maresca will likely return to his usual back four of James Justin, Jannik Vestergaard, Wout Faes and Ricardo Pereira.

Those four have been magnificent at the back for the Foxes and have helped establish the strongest defence in the division with only 22 goals conceded in 28 games.

In midfield is where Maresca has his biggest conundrum to resolve. Hamza Choudhury is the only player in that position who has completed 180 minutes in the last two games so he is likely to drop out.

Then it’s a choice between Dennis Praet and Yunus Akgun to start alongside Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Harry Winks.

They both made rare starts against Birmingham, but Akgun should get the nod after his second-half display against the Blues, and because Maresca has challenged him to improve his performance levels in recent weeks.

With Fatawu serving the final game of his ban, Kasey McAteer can keep his place on the right flank and Stephy Mavididi can continue terrorising his full-back on the other side.

In the forward positions, however, selection is made more difficult by having three fully fit strikers to choose from.

Vardy did start against the Blues and scored, but Tom Cannon is likely to come back in after being rested on Saturday with Daka waiting in the wings.

Leicester City (4-3-3): Hermansen, Justin, Vestergaard, Faes, Pereira; Winks, Dewsbury-Hall, Akgun; McAteer, Mavididi, Cannon
