Jeremy Monga was handed a moment he will never forget as he was given his senior debut by Ruud van Nistelrooy.
Monga was introduced by Ruud van Nistelrooy with the Foxes 3-0 down with 15 minutes left to play.
His introduction was met with huge cheers inside the King Power Stadium and by entering the pitch, has set a special record.

Jeremy Monga becomes one of the youngest Premier League players
As he is only 15, it will come to no surprise that Monga is one of the youngest players in Premier League history.
But, to amplify just how big a moment this was, the introduction of Monga means he is the only player other than Ethan Nwaneri to make his senior league debut under the age of 16.
He’s also become the second-youngest debutant in Leicester history, beaten only by Ashley Chambers.
Players such as Wayne Rooney and Michael Owen all made their debuts at an older age and went on to have successful careers.
Monga is wanted by some of Europe’s biggest teams and there will only be more attention on him after this.
Who are the youngest Premier League debutants?
As can be seen below, Monga really is one of the youngest names to have played in the top flight.
| Player | Age on debut |
| Ethan Nwaneri | 15 years, 181 days old |
| Jeremy Monga | 15 years, 271 days |
| Harvey Elliot | 16 years, 30 days old |
| Matthew Briggs | 16 years, 68 days old |
| Izzy Brown | 16 years, 117 days old |
| Aaron Lennon | 16 years, 129 days old |
Nwaneri will probably hold the number one spot for some time and is unlikely to be dislodged any time soon.
Either way, for all the disappointment, seeing Monga play was something for Leicester fans to cheer about.
