Potential new Leicester City forward, Stephy Mavididi has dropped a huge transfer hint as he reacts to Harvey Barnes’ departure.
The rumoured Leicester target currently plays for Montpellier in Ligue 1 but appears to be very up-to-date with goings on at the King Power.
The 25-year-old is expected to join Leicester imminently with contract details agreed.
Mavididi is an Englishman who has been playing in France but came through the academy at Arsenal.
Arsenal sold him to Juventus in 2019, before they then sold him in 2020 to Montpellier.

Mavididi reacts to Barnes message
Mavididi is set to sign as the Barnes replacement following his £38million move to Newcastle.
But the Englishman has displayed his dismay at missing out on the chance to play with the 13-goal winger.
Underneath Barnes’ post which announced the “toughest decision of my life”, the possible new Foxes star commented a crying face emoji.
This could be perceived the winger being upset he won’t get to work with Barnes. But more attentive eyes will wonder why Mavididi would be looking a Barnes’ post, unless he was King Power bound.
What will he bring to the King Power
Mavididi is a player used to top division football, which will be an immediate plus in term of how he will deal with the Championship.
The winger scored four goals while providing two assists last season in 26 games, with his side achieving a mid table finish.
He is a player who has long been considered potential, however Leicester will need him to start producing sooner than later, with promotion on the mind.
It is a signing which will be cheap, meaning there is practically no risk for Leicester, however there is a question of his suitability long-term should promotion be achieved.
