Saturday saw Leicester make it seven wins from eight in the Championship but on Bristol City player didn’t mind the loss too much.
Leicester won the game through a Jamie Vardy penalty that moved them up to first in the league by goal difference.
Ipswich Town are the other team pushing at the top end of the table, level on points, with Preston just one point behind.
The weekend’s results allowed a gap to be built between the top three and everyone else.

Matty James sends message after Leicester loss
James joined Leicester in 2012 from Manchester United and he remained here until 2021 when he joined Bristol City on a free transfer.
A series of loan moves didn’t stop him making 117 appearances for Leicester in midfield.
Following his Bristol side losing to Leicester on Saturday, James had this to say:

He has scored two goals already this season, and averages 56 touches per game.
He has an 86% pass completion rate and makes over six recoveries per game.
Brilliant form, which definitely has Leicester wishing they hadn’t let him go, as he could’ve been useful.
