Leicester City will need to pull off one of the greatest escapes in Premier League history if they’re to survive this season.
Leicester are currently nine points adrift of safety, with 17th-placed Wolves seemingly on the verge of retraining their top-flight status.

Ruud van Nistelrooy’s men have failed to score in their last seven games and have won just once since the start of December.
So, to stand any chance of survival, Leicester will likely need to win at least five of their remaining nine games of the season.

Predicting Leicester City’s next three results
Manchester City 2-1 Leicester City
Whilst it’s yet another loss for the Foxes, it’ll be a much more positive display, and they’ll finally find the back of the net.
The reigning Premier League champions will struggle to break down the five at the back formation, though, they’ll eventually make the breakthrough.
Jeremy Monga will make his debut as a late substitute, and the away fans will travel back to the East Midlands with some belief heading into the final eight games.
Leicester City 1-0 Newcastle United
Leicester will finally get back into the win column for the first time at home since the 3-1 win against West Ham United in Van Nistelrooy’s first game in charge.
Monga will start the clash and give the King Power crowd that much-needed boost, which will feed into the rest of the squad.
A hard-fought but much-needed three points, which could see them close the gap to six points on Wolves.
Brighton and Hove Albion 1-1 Leicester City
The positivity continues for City as they secure a point on the road against Champions League-chasing Brighton and Hove Albion.
The East Midlanders will score for a third straight game and perhaps Van Nistelrooy will finally give some of his other academy stars a debut.
Jake Evans may get the nod to come off the bench.
Four points from next three games would be massive
If indeed City’s results do transpire like that, it could see them close the gap on Wolves ahead of the crunch clash at Molineux at the end of April.
Indeed, nothing will change unless Van Nistelrooy makes some major changes, which must include the inclusion of Monga and Jake Evans.
The under-21s are one of the best teams in the country at the moment, so the Dutchman will surely give some of the best talents a chance when the Premier League returns next week.
