Enzo Maresca is set to add the latest recruit of his massive summer overhaul, with an agreement reportedly reached.
Leicester City have enjoyed a 100% start to life in the Championship however goals have been hard to come by.
Most recently they squeezed a win from the Cardiff game by a last minute Cesare Casadei strike.
One part of the team is a clear weak-link, is Kasey McAteer, which is who Maresca is planning to replace with the most recent player that an agreement has been reached for.
Despite the emergence of Wanya Marcal, depth is needed in this position.
The agreement reached would see a second forward thinking player signed, joining Stephy Mavididi.
A deal to sign Galatasaray winger Yunus Akgun has been one which has been linked for weeks, but now seems nearly done.

Akgun agreement reached
According to reports in Turkey via Leicestershire Live, the Foxes have reached an agreement with Galatasaray.
The right side of attack could be about to be bolstered with Akgun nearing a loan move, with an option to buy expected to be included.
The deal agreement would see a season-long loan accompanied by a mandatory purchase next summer.
Akgun is said to have agreed a five-year deal with Leicester already which he will hopefully begin in the Premier League.
The move has accelerated following the signing of Hakim Ziyech, which now should see a deal announced this week.
With Turkish journalist Salim Manav suggesting a deal is imminent this week, unless there is a final change.
Akgun will bring some experience for the line-up which is much needed especially in that position.
