Leicester City duo Wilfred Ndidi and Kelechi Iheanacho have suitors in England and abroad ahead of the January transfer window, reports TEAMtalk.

Leicester City have a number of players out of contract next summer, with two of them being Ndidi and Iheanacho.

And TEAMtalk are now reporting that both players have suitors ahead of the January transfer window and that the Foxes could be forced to move them on should they not be able to agree fresh terms.

It’s reported that Atletico Madrid and Barcelona have both enquired about Ndidi, with French duo Lyon and Monaco keen as well as Aston Villa, Brentford, Newcastle United, and Spurs.

Brentford are also keen on Iheanacho who they view as a potential replacement for Ivan Toney, with TEAMtalk also saying that Crystal Palace and West Ham are keen.

Lastly, the same report says that Leicester are working hard on agreeing new deals for both players.

Both players have Premier League quality and both had suitors in the summer transfer window.

But both remain at the King Power where they remain key players under Enzo Maresca, with Ndidi having featured 12 times in the Championship and Iheanacho 15 times, with five goals to his name making him the club’s joint highest scorer so far.

Will they leave this season?

With Ndidi in particular, Leicester will be keen to secure fresh terms before January, as players can agree pre-contract deals with overseas clubs after January 1st.

And interest from some huge European teams will no doubt be of interest to Ndidi who’s been with Leicester since the 2016/17 season now, and may fancy testing himself with a new club.

And the same could be said of Iheanacho who’s another long-standing member of this Leicester side.

He and Ndidi are both key players who could help the club maintain this current impressive run of form, though if Leicester can’t agree terms soon, then they might have to accept their fate, and cash in in the New Year.
