Leicester City experienced that similar feeling once again as they were beaten 3-0 at home to Manchester United.
It was another spineless performance from the Foxes as goals from Rasmus Hojlund, Alejandro Garnacho and Bruno Fernandes condemned Ruud van Nistelrooy’s side to a seventh straight home league defeat without scoring.
Van Nistelrooy’s side are now nine points behind 17th spot Wolverhampton Wanderers and face a horrible run of fixtures to come.
Hardly any Leicester players impressed but there one was one that Clinton Morrison did feel sorry for.

Clinton Morrison highlights Jamie Vardy role
One player who can never be accused of not trying is Jamie Vardy.
Vardy was mocked by Man United fans throughout the game but the 38-year-old looked the most likely to do anything in a blue shirt at the King Power Stadium.
He created several chances and had some of his own but they didn’t come to any fruition.
Morrison pointed this out on BBC Radio Five Live and admitted that he sympathised with the Leicester legend.
“I feel sorry for Jamie Vardy,” said Morrison.
“He has worked his socks off for the entire evening, he has never stopped running and closing down – he leads by example. Some of these other players need to look at how he looks after himself.”

Try he might, it was still another game without a goal for Vardy.
Vardy is still Leicester’s top scorer with eight goals in all competitions but hasn’t scored in almost two months.
That’s a reflection on him and the rest of the squad as without service, how will he score but when presented with an opportunity, he doesn’t take it.

That was evident once again on Sunday night and his lack of chances in front of goal sums up why Leicester are almost certainly heading back to the Championship.
