What Leicester fans chanted towards Steve Cooper

Just after the 60th minute, Leicester fans could be heard chanting ‘Cooper, sort it out, Cooper Cooper, sort it out.’

One fan even ran onto the pitch and shouted towards the former Nottingham Forest manager before being escorted off by stewards.

It seems a section of the fanbase has lost faith in Cooper, who is yet to pick up his first Premier League win.

Tonight’s clash was an opportunity to build momentum and positivity but if anything, it’s put the 44-year-old under immense pressure.

Steve Cooper may have until October international break to save his job

Already, it feels as though Cooper is fighting to keep his job and may only be given until the October international break.

Leicester face Arsenal this weekend at the Emirates before hosting Bournemouth at the King Power Stadium.

If Cooper fails to pick up a win in either of those two games, Khun Top will be under huge pressure from the fanbase to dismiss him.

The Welshman is entering must-win territory over these next two weeks.
