Riyad Mahrez is widely regarded as one of the best players in Leicester City history.
The Algerian winger enjoyed a glittering four-and-a-half-year career at Leicester, netting 48 goals whilst laying on 36 assists.
Mahrez was the star player along with Jamie Vardy in Leicester’s unprecedented Premier League title win in 2016.
Mahrez was awarded the PFA Player of the Season and that was the catalyst to many more years of success at Manchester City – where he won another four league titles.
When the dust settles, many would argue he’s among the best wide players in Premier League history and even now, aged 33, he’s still producing moments of magic in Saudi Arabia with Al-Ahli.
That said, Mahrez has just gone viral for what he did in a Saudi Pro League game on Sunday.

Riyad Mahrez goes viral for goal vs Al-Riyadh
Mahrez is known to have one of the best first touches in world football and on the weekend, he’s yet again left many speechless.
The former City man rounded off Al-Ahli’s 5-0 win against Al-Riyadh with a quite mesmerising goal which has since gone viral.
Edouard Mendy launched a dropkick three-quarters of a way down the pitch and as it looped down from the sky, Mahrez latched onto it with a stunning right-footed touch before curling into the top corner.
It was his eighth strike of the season and takes his total goal involvements to a whopping 18 in 24 outings.
How Leicester could do with Mahrez right now
Pretty much since his departure in 2018, Leicester fans have longed to see Mahrez back at the King Power Stadium.
The Algerian clearly still has a soft spot for Leicester, too, as he sent Jamie Vardy a message after his goal against Tottenham on the weekend.
Mahrez told Vardy to ‘never change’ in reference to the City striker’s celebration, which wound up Spurs fans.
So, with all that said, perhaps there is a slim chance that Mahrez could make an emotional return to the East Midlands one day.
How they could do with him right now, though.
