What has Enzo Maresca said?

On receiving the award, the manager was very humble: “I’m very happy, but as happens in football, you never reach something yourself, you need people behind you.”

This resulted in him praising his players and staff: “The players, they are the most important and then the backroom staff for sure.”

It was set to be a difficult start for the Italian but he has taken to the league like a duck to water.

On his start he said: “We started in the right way in terms of results and the way that we play. For sure, there are many things to improve but this is the right way.”
