Leicester City have assembled a strong squad, despite financial concerns in the background.
The Foxes returned to the Premier League at the first attempt after winning the Championship for a record eighth time.
In addition to signing several players, they welcomed a new manager, Steve Cooper, who had replaced Enzo Maresca who had departed for Chelsea.
Cooper was then sacked after a run of four wins from 14 games in all competitions and replaced by Ruud van Nistelrooy.
