We’re roughly halfway into the international break right now and Leicester City stars are in action around the globe.
It’s been an impressive start for those Foxes that have already featured so far, with Jannik Vestergaard impressing for Denmark and attacking midfielder Bilal El Khannouss scoring for Morocco.
It’s the sort of form that Ruud van Nistelrooy will be hoping his players can bring back to the King Power Stadium with only nine games of the Premier League season remaining.
With that, here is how the Leicester players fared in the internationals that took place on 22 March.

Danny Ward an unused sub in Wales’ 3-1 win against Kazakhstan

It was a strong start to the 2026 World Cup qualifying campaign for Wales as Craig Bellamy’s men comfortably beat Kazakhstan 3-1.
Sadly for the only Leicester representee, there was no chance to get on the pitch as Danny Ward was resigned to a role on the bench and was an unused substitute.
Ward was booed by Leicester fans earlier in the season for his calamitous performance against Wolverhampton Wanderers in December and hasn’t been seen since.
Since Ward is out of contract in the summer, the goalkeeper is destined to leave the Foxes and hopefully get his career back on track elsewhere.
Leicester youngster grabs assist in England U17s win vs Slovenia
Whilst the 24/25 season has been a sight for sore eyes at senior level, the academy continues to impress across all levels, as well as on the international stage.
Jeremy Monga captained England U16s earlier this year and another one of his young U21s teammates also shone for the Three Lions.
Louis Page is highly rated at the Foxes and was named as one of the 20 best young talents at a Premier League club in 2024.

Page started and grabbed an assist for the England U17s side in a thrilling 3-2 win against Slovenia U17s.
It was his sixth appearance for England and if he continues to follow this current trajectory, there’s no reason why we can’t see him playing at a senior level for Leicester in the not too distant future.
