Nigeria have two Leicester City players that play regularly for their international squad, being Wilfred Ndidi and Kelechi Iheanacho.
In this October break, they have two friendlies, playing against Saudi Arabia on Friday afternoon, with a 2-2 draw. They play their second on Monday afternoon, when they host Mozambique.
Iheanacho came off the bench and scored what looked to be Nigeria’s winner to make it 2-1 in the 81st minute, before an equaliser from the Middle Eastern nation in the 100th minute meant Nigeria could not get the win.
Ndidi also played the full 90 minutes against Saudi Arabia, captaining the side, too.
Unfortunately for Iheanacho, he will be unable to make the same impact again on Monday afternoon.
Kelechi Iheanacho leaves Nigeria squad earlier than expected

Iheanacho has left the Nigeria squad ahead of their friendly against Mozambique, with the Super Eagles confirming on Sunday Afternoon that he has left camp because he is ‘attending to pressing personal issues’.
The 27-year-old is not the only striker to be leaving the camp, with Napoli sensation Victor Osimhen also leaving the camp on a ‘pre-cautionary measure on advice of the medical team’.
Kelechi Iheanacho could return to Leicester sooner than expected
This could mean that Iheanacho will return to Leicester sooner than expected, to start working again on preparations in the Championship, with the Foxes first game back after the break on Saturday afternoon away at Swansea City.
Manager Enzo Maresca would not have been working with any of the players away on international duty last week, but will start to welcome back players as they return from duty during the week.
