Leicester City have allowed a number of stars to leave in the last year, one of which is thriving at his new club.
During the most recent summer and winter transfer windows, Leicester City have parted ways with 11 players.
Recently, Foxes fans were furious at Tom Cannon leaving to join Championship side Sheffield United in January.
Another striker, Kelechi Iheanacho, is now on his second club since departing the King Power Stadium – moving to Middlesbrough on loan earlier this month.
Hamza Choudhury has also dropped down to the Championship, linking up with Cannon under Chris Wilder.
Over the summer, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall was, of course, the most high-profile exit from Leicester but another player who departed in 2024 is receiving high praise from new fans.

Wrexham fans love former Leicester City man Lewis Brunt
The player in question is Lewis Brunt, who left Leicester to join League One side Wrexham in July.
His transfer fee is undisclosed but GOAL report that the £500,000 the Red Dragons paid for Modou Faal was their record signing, meaning Brunt, who signed a month prior, cost less than that.
The centre-back was most recently in action in the EFL Trophy against Bolton Wanderers and earned high praise from the Wrexham faithful for his display.
One fan wrote: “The strength of the bench though….incredible. And Lewis Brunt is an absolute Rolls Royce of a defender.”
A second added: “Brunt absolute quality, Evans looking good and Smith horrible to play against.”
“The pace on him is unreal,” another Wrexham supporter added.
A fourth stated: “Thought Brunt and Scarr were really good all game.”
Another fan added: “Said if before the lad is made for midfield. He is literally everything we are missing to drive us forward. Strong, dynamic, and pacey everything you need!”
While a sixth simply stated: “My Man of the Match.”

Ruud van Nistelrooy could have used Lewis Brunt
The Leicester hierarchy have never been great on the transfer front, as was evident by the 2025 winter window.
But Ruud van Nistelrooy may have wished Brunt was kept around instead of being sold shortly after Steve Cooper’s arrival.
He’s probably not ready to play regular Premier League football but would have been a much better option in cup games and off the bench than the likes of Conor Coady.
Brunt looks set for a bright future in the game, it just won’t be with Leicester.
