Leicester City have endured a really turbulent season both on and off the pitch.
The Foxes have had to contend with managerial change, PSR battles and a number of injuries to many of their star players.
That’s all culminated in a treacherous run of results, which saw them lose seven games on the bounce until a much-needed win against Tottenham Hotspur on the weekend.
Remarkably, those three points have lifted Leicester out of the relegation zone, with Wolves dropping in along with Ipswich Town and Southampton.

Though, now isn’t a time for complacency, with the transfer window entering its final four days. Ruud van Nistelrooy hinted that deals are being worked on.
Whilst that process unfolds, all he can do is focus on the group of players available to him and fortunately, it seems he’s set to see the return of two key players over the next couple of weeks.

Wilfred Ndidi and Ricardo Pereira nearing return
Wilfred Ndidi and Ricardo Pereira have been sidelined with injuries since the back end of last year and their absences have significantly weakened the side.
But, Van Nistelrooy was able to issue a positive update on both in Thursday’s press conference.
“Ricardo is recovering,” the Dutchman said.
“He’s still in his individual training. He’s on the grass with the physios so his rehab is going to plan.”
On Ndidi, Van Nistelrooy said he’s making ‘good progress’ and has been able to take part in some of the training sessions.
So, all being well, it seems like Ndidi, in particular, is on the verge of making his long-awaited comeback to the pitch.
Mads Hermansen could be back vs Everton
Van Nistelrooy also confirmed that Mads Hermansen is close to returning from his long lay-off.
The Danish shot-stopper has been nursing a hamstring injury which forced him off in the 4-0 defeat to Newcastle United last month.
Hermansen has already returned to team training and it’s understood he could be back in the starting line-up this weekend when Leicester take on Everton at Goodison Park.
So, it’s certainly panning out to be a positive week for City.
