Ruud van Nistelrooy has singled out one Leicester City player for praise ahead of their meeting with Everton.
Leicester City return to Premier League action in a 3pm kick-off against relegation rivals Everton.
We are now getting to the stage of the season where such a clash can be classed as a ‘six-pointer’.
The Foxes finally managed to end their Premier League losing streak last time out, beating Tottenham 2-1 on Sunday afternoon.
However, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Ipswich Town are still breathing down the neck of Ruud van Nistelrooy’s side.
As for Everton, they are six points clear with a game in hand prior to kick-off at Goodison Park but a positive result for either side at the weekend could prove massive to their survival hopes.

Ruud van Nistelrooy promise to Leicester City fans amid Bilal El Khannouss praise
Ahead of the meeting on Merseyside, Van Nistelrooy has been speaking to the media about a number of topics.
A positive Leicester transfer update was given as we enter the final few days of the winter window.
Ruud confirmed goalkeeper Mads Hermansen could return versus Everton, while two more stars are working their way back to fitness after injury issues.
Elsewhere, in his presser, the former Manchester United striker was full of praise for Bilal El Khannouss, promising fans they are ‘going to see a lot more from him’.
He said: “He’s an important player for us with his creativity and work rate off the ball. He’s been working a lot on his shooting and I’m happy with his development.
“You’re going to see a lot more from him, with his work rate in training he’s improving every day.”
Bilal El Khannouss backed to join Arsenal
Since arriving from Genk over the summer, the 20-year-old has cemented himself as one of the Foxes’ best players.
El Khannous was immense against Tottenham at the weekend, and his form will be crucial to Leicester avoiding relegation this season.
Now, Michel Ribeiro, a former coach of the midfielder who worked closely with him at Genk, has made a big claim.
He has backed El Khannouss to join Arsenal one day, saying: “I’m not afraid to say, Bilal could play at teams like Arsenal without any problems.
“I’m 100 per cent sure that he can do that. For me, the ceiling is very high. The players who leave Genk, 90 per cent of them move to Europe’s top five leagues. That’s for sure. We thought Bilal was ready for the next step.”
