‘Determined’ winger wants to continue good form in coming weeks

Leicester City summer signing, Stephy Mavididi, wants to continue positive form for weeks to come, following two wins from two games.

The winger joined the Foxes for a reported £7 million pounds and has impressed fans so far with his performances.

Formerly of Montpellier, Juventus and Arsenal, he comes with plenty of pedigree and hype, and so far he is matching that.

Speaking on the official Leicester City channels, Mavididi has shown lots of ambition for the season.

Leicester play host to Cardiff City with the Foxes looking to keep up their 100% record of wins.

Despite the positive start, Enzo Maresca isn’t letting anyone get carried away: “The gaffer is keeping our feet on the ground and keeping us disciplined because there’s a massive job to do.

“Obviously it’s two wins from two, but we all know how long the season is.”

A goal an assist so far for the Englishman as he makes his stamp on the City side.

The wins have contributed to a good atmosphere around the King Power, with fans and players alike enjoying it: “the mood is good, there’s good vibes in the camp. I’m enjoying it.

“I think I can speak for the rest of the lads in saying that we’re all enjoying it.”

Looking forward to the game against Cardiff, the winger is taking nothing for granted: “We know what to expect and we’re preparing for the weapons that they are going to pose for us”

With the last two games being on the road, fans are looking forward to a return home.

The prospect of playing at the King Power excited Mavididi: “

It will be nice to play at our ground and in front of our supporters.

“The fans can push you that extra mile so hopefully we can get the three points for them.”

Maresca will hope his side can secure another win and continue their perfect start to the season.
