Jamie Vardy will go down as a Leicester City legend but at 36, it is time for the King Power chiefs to look into potential replacements.
Mr Leicester City, Jamie Vardy is now 36 years old which means Leicester cannot be relying on him beyond this season especially if a return to the Premier League transpires.
In 2024, there is a high possibility that both Kelechi Iheanacho and Patson Daka are on the way out too, with both attracting interest across Europe.
So who are some players Leicester could look at signing in 2024 to replace Vardy? The three we have chosen are all assuming that promotion is achieved this season…

Che Adams
Che Adams is the first name on our list, given he will likely be very keen on leaving Southampton, especially with the Saints not guaranteed a return to the Premier League.
Linked with multiple top-division clubs in the summer, Adams will be back in the Premier League next season, with his contract expiring in June, the matter is in his hands.
Three goals and two assists in the Championship this season through 12 appearances, however he hasn’t been a regular lately and often features from the bench.
Anthony Martial
Manchester United’s number nine will be a free agent come June, and there is little prospect that United renew his contract.
A player who has the quality, Anthony Martial could be a difference maker for a side like Enzo Maresca’s.
His wages would likely be substantial, but on form, he would be worth every penny. Premier League proven and stylistically sits Maresca’s tactics.
Callum Wilson
The final option which we would love to see Leicester make a move for would-be Callum Wilson of Newcastle.
Wilson will be 32 at the end of this season which could leave Eddie Howe keen to move him on as Newcastle are likely to again be in the Champions League.
With seven goals in 10 Premier League games this season, Wilson would be an excellent signing, but he would probably require proof of investment and a good project.
Wilson also wouldn’t cost a fortune on the wage bill, as he currently earns just £46k-per-week at St James’.
