Leicester City have now been told how much it will cost to sign midfield target Stefano Sensi in this window.
It was revealed yesterday that Leicester had held talks with Inter Milan over the prospect of a permanent move.
The 28-year-old is surplus to requirements at Inter after only appearing three times this season.
In what would be a major coup for the Championship side, Enzo Maresca is pushing to get a deal done.
Sensi sees his contract expire in June, but if Leicester were to sign him in this window, they’d need to pay a fee.

How much will Stefano Sensi cost?
The Foxes have a huge decision to make in the coming weeks.
They can either do everything in their power to sign him this month or run the risk of letting his contract expire and acquire him for free in June.
According to Italian outlet Calciomercato, Leicester have only made an ‘enquiry’ for Sensi.
However, the report claims that the Foxes are ‘waiting to see’ if talks can progress at a later date as they attempt to convince the midfielder to join.
Indeed, it will be difficult to convince him to swap the Champions League finalists for the Championship but given he’s rarely playing, Maresca could offer him a chance to revive his career.
For now, Sensi has prioritised staying in the Serie A, but if Leicester were able to strike a deal, Inter would only demand €3m (£2.5m) in compensation for him to be sold.
Should Leicester sign Sensi?
Midfield is an area that Maresca needs to strengthen in this window, especially given that Wilfried Ndidi faces up to three months out with injury.
There is also a doubt over the future of Dennis Praet who has been linked with a move away from the club while the likes of Yunus Akgun and Cesare Casadei are only at the King Power Stadium on loan.
With that said, Leicester should pounce at the opportunity to bring in Sensi, should he want to join the Championship.
In 2020, he set Inter back €20 million (£17.2m) after spending a year on loan and although injuries have blighted his career so far, he’s entering what he hopes will be the prime years.
Hailed as “amazing” by journalist Siavoush Fallahi, at the price Sensi would set Leicester back, they would be getting a steal.
He’s a supremely talented midfielder who can fill two positions for Maresca; the deep-lying playmaker role occupied by Harry Winks and in advanced midfield alongside Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall.
A deal for Sensi, indeed, seems like a no brainer.
