Leicester City fans made their feelings very clear during their club’s Premier League meeting with Brentford.
Leicester City kicked off at the King Power Stadium aiming to secure just their second win in 11 league fixtures.
The Foxes knew that victory over Brentford would have seen them climb above Wolverhampton Wanderers and out of the relegation zone for at least 12 hours.
However, Brentford began the weekend 11th in the division and in much better form than Ruud van Nistelrooy’s side.
The Dutchman has improved displays somewhat in recent weeks and despite the results not showing, this is perhaps the reason he largely kept the same starting eleven that was beaten by Arsenal last week.
Woyo Coulibaly coming into the side for an injured James Justin was the only, and likely welcome, change ahead of kick-off.

Leicester City in complete agreement about Jamie Vardy vs Brentford
Justin missing out made zero difference to Leicester’s awful form, however, with Brentford completely dominating and 3-0 up at the break.
It was a night to forget for fans and while nearly all their players were just dire against the Bees, Jamie Vardy looked ok and earned praise from supporters on social media for his efforts.
One fan wrote: “Only Vardy deserves to wear that shirt.
A second added: “Can you blame the fans? It’s not as if the Leicester players apart from Vardy are trying to even do the basics.”
“Vardy and El Khannouss aside Leicester are so bad,” another fan stated.
Another wrote: “I hope when we inevitably go down Vardy retires. He deserves so much better than this. Only El Khannous, Ndidi and Vardy are Premier League level in this team.”
A fifth echoed: “Jamie Vardy deserves better than this —–,” while a sixth added: “When you have a 38-year-old Vardy putting in more effort than the other 10 players out there it’s never going to be a good look and I still stand by my thinking that Faes has been one of the worst purchases from a club in recent memory. I only recall him playing some decent games last year.”

Leicester City players aren’t good enough for Premier League
It’s become even more clear than it already was that this Leicester squad just isn’t built for the Premier League.
Vardy was the only one who looked like a semi-capable footballer on the night and even he, now 38, isn’t the player he once was.
The striker is out of contract in June but may be tempted to sign an extension if he’s going to be back playing at a lower level in 2025/26 which, after Leicester’s showing against Brentford, looks very likely.
