Leicester City were looking to put an end to their losing streak when they faced off with Queens Park Rangers on January 11th.
The Foxes have been in pretty dire form in the last month, failing to win a single Premier League match.
Ruud van Nistelrooy won his first game in charge on December 3rd but it’s all been downhill from there.
Leicester City have lost their last five Premier League matches, conceding at least two goals in every game played.
However, QPR are 13th in the Championship currently, and, on paper, the Midlands outfit were favorites heading into this clash, especially after Van Nistelrooy selected a fairly strong eleven for the tie with only three changes from the defeat to Aston Villa.

Leicester City fans agree about James Justin after QPR
And it was Leicester who took the lead on January 11th thanks to underfire right-back, James Justin.
Bilal El Khannouss whipped a free-kick into the opposition box, which Justin poked in amid a heavy fog.
It’s the first time their team have started a game well and scored in some time yet after his goal, Leicester fans took to social media to slam the right-back, with many claiming that he has finally found his level.
One fan wrote: “James Justin has found his level.”
A second added: “James Justin bagging versus his level makes sense,” with a third writing: “Just don’t start him in the league.”
“James Justin has found his level,” another Leicester supporter echoed after his goal.
A fifth Foxes fan sarcastically commented on social media: “He’s now worth £1.10.”
While a sixth stated: “No matter how many goals James Justin scores he still can’t defend.”
Leicester City on verge of signings James Justin competition
Despite scoring his fourth and fifth goals of the season as Leicester beat QPR on Saturday, it’s clear the Englishman has run out of goodwill at the King Power.
Fans have slammed Justin throughout the season for his poor performances and it’s obvious two goals in the FA Cup aren’t going to change how they feel.
The QPR clash may be one of the last times the right-back starts this season, however, with Leicester now close to signing Woyo Coulibaly from Serie A side Parma.
Justin has had no natural competition throughout 2024/25 but seemingly to the delight of supporters, that’s expected to change soon.
