It’s been a long time coming but Leicester City have finally ended a miserable Premier League record.
Fans of the Foxes have had a torrid time of late following their team with Leicester breaking all kind of records for all the wrong reasons.
Once again, the odds were stacked against Ruud van Nistelrooy and his side but at long last, those who have made the trip to the Amex Stadium have been rewarded at long last.

Leicester City finally score a Premier League goal
Light the beacons, tell the world!
The wait is finally over as Leicester broke their hoodoo with a goal against the Seagulls.
After falling behind to a Joao Pedro penalty, the drought finally came to an end as Stephy Mavididi equalised for the Foxes.
Mavididi, who was restored to the starting XI after Van Nistelrooy had kept the same starting XI in the previous three games repaid the faith and scored an all-important goal.
What is the longest time a Premier League side has gone without a goal?
Now that the wait for Premier League goal for Leicester is over, they’ve avoided the embarrassment of having the longest scoreless drought in top-flight history.
The side who still holds that record is Crystal Palace, who went nine games in a row without scoring.
They went nine games, between 19 November 1994 and 2 January 1995 without registering a goal – eventually breaking their duck against the Foxes of all teams.
Thankfully, the worry that it could be Leicester next is finally over.
