Enzo Maresca’s Leicester City face competition from Hull City for the loan signing of Jesurun Rak-Sakyi from Crystal Palace.
The ‘wonderkid‘ winger is reportedly allowed to leave Selhurst Park on loan once again this campaign, after spending last season in League One at Charlton Athletic.
The 20-year-old scored 15 times and registered 10 assists last season in what was his first full campaign as a professional.
Maresca’s side were credited with an interest in the winger last week, but it seems they aren’t alone in the hunt with Liam Rosenior’s side very keen on the youngster.
According to Barry Cooper, the Tigers have already lodged a bid for the forward, who is Rosneior’s number-one target for the left-wing position this window.

Is Rak-Sakyi what Leicester need?
For the season opener against Coventry City on Sunday, the Foxes started with Stephy Mavididi and youngster Kasey McAteer in wide areas.
New signing Mavididi looked bright in spells on his debut, with McAteer, who spent six months on loan at AFC Wimbledon last season, putting in a solid display.
However, on the bench, the only wide forward available to Maresca was 33-year-old Marc Albrighton.
Forward Patson Daka is capable of playing in wide areas but is much better suited to playing as a central striker.
Rak-Sakyi achieved 25 goal contributions last season, reflecting the fact that he is ready for the step up to the Championship.

The winger also won Charlton’s Player of the Year award, alongside Player’s Player of the Year, a huge achievement for a 20-year-old in his debut campaign.
The winger has the ability to turn defenders inside out, and with Mavididi and Albrighton being the only senior wingers in the squad, Rak-Sakyi would have a real opportunity to make his mark on Leicester’s promotion push.
