Leicester City fans have fond memories of Kelechi Iheanacho but he has really struggled since leaving.
Kelechi Iheanacho made the move to the King Power Stadium in 2017, joining from Manchester City.
The striker went on to score 61 goals and provide 34 assists during his time at Leicester City.
He’s since departed the club on a free transfer over the summer, initially linking up with La Liga outfit, Sevilla.
However, Iheanacho flopped at Sevilla, failing to score a single league goal and having his fitness questioned.
In turn, when the 2025 January transfer window rolled around, the Spanish outfit opted to loan him out to Championship side, Middlesbrough.
But the 28-year-old has so far been unable to recapture his top form since dropping down to the second tier of English football.

Middlesbrough fans slam former Leicester City star Kelechi Iheanacho
Middlesbrough as a squad are struggling of late, with Michael Carrick’s future being called into question.
Their latest outing saw Boro lose 2-1 to Bristol City on Friday evening and Iheanacho once again started up front.
However, after Middlesbrough fans slammed the ex-Leicester ace on his home debut, they once again took to social media this week to hit out at the striker with some very harsh claims.
One fan wrote: “Iheanacho looks like he isn’t bothered he cant be starting games.”
A second added: “On paper looks good but this window has been an absolute embarrassment, one defender lighter than before it and we signed Iheanacho who is completely unfit for this league.”
“If Iheanacho looked any more knackered he’d have been laid out on the floor feigning sleep,” another added.
Another wrote: “Who do you want to play up top? Iheanacho is shocking. We need someone better to be playing with Conway.”
A fifth joked: “Iheanacho doing couch to 5k currently for us,” while a sixth stated: “Iheanacho is once again so —-“.
And a seventh Middlesbrough fan claimed: “Iheanacho makes Conway look like prime Ronaldo.”
How other former Leicester City players are getting on
Ihenacho is not the only player to have struggled since leaving Chelsea over the summer.
After a prolific season in the Championship, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall is finding minutes hard to come by at Chelsea.
Tom Cannon has been slammed by Sheffield United fans on more than one occasion since his permanent exit in January.
On a more positive note, Will Alves has impressed for Cardiff City since he joined the Welsh side on loan.
