Leicester City are preparing to take on Chelsea in a Premier League clash on Saturday afternoon.
The Foxes go into the game on a poor run of form that has seen them slip close to the relegation zone.
Leicester City were beaten 3-0 by Manchester United in their previous fixture prior to the November international break.
The Midlands outfit have picked up just two wins from their opening 11 Premier League games of 2024/25 and pressure is now mounting on Steve Cooper.
However, that pressure is only likely to increase this weekend, with Enzo Maresca’s side clear favourites for the meeting at the King Power Stadium.
Chelsea are third in the table right now and boast one of the best-attacking records in the division. In comparison, Leicester’s defensive record is a worry.

Steve Cooper shares Abdul Fatawau injury update before Leicester City vs Chelsea
Ahead of the game, Cooper held his pre-Chelsea press conference on Thursday morning.
The Leicester manager discussed a number of topics in his presser, including injury news.
Abdul Fatawu shared a concerning injury update on Wednesday evening and now looks set for a spell on the sidelines.
Speaking to the media on November 21st, Cooper confirmed that the winger is now set to miss the remainder of the 2024/25 campaign.
He said: “To happen at such a young age is a blow for him and a blow for us as well”

Leicester City may need to sign Abdul Fatawau replacement in January
The news that Fatawau will now miss the remainder of 2024/25 is a huge blow for the Foxes.
Leicester’s forward options were already somewhat limited, with little quality outside of Fatawau, Jamie Vardy and Facundo Buonanotte.
As a result, the Midlands side could now be forced into the transfer market to sign a replacement for the Ghana international.
Leicester have been linked with a loan move for Bayern Munich’s Mathys Tel recently and he would be an excellent replacement for Fatawau in the second half of this campaign.
