Leicester City have already finalised four deals this summer however it is expected this is only the beginning.
Enzo Maresca is continuing his impressive rebuild of the Foxes as Mads Hermansen became his fourth incoming on Tuesday. The 23-year-old Danish goalkeeper signed a five year deal as he joined from Brondby.
He joins English trio Callum Doyle, Harry Winks and Conor Coady as the King Power’s new stars so far this summer.
The four incomings have seen a perfect blend of youth and experience that should bode well for the upcoming season.
More incomings are known to be required however, with eight players released along with a string of sales including James Maddison and Youri Tielemans with Harvey Barnes set to join them soon.
Leicester have also lost their captain Jonny Evans who has signed a short term deal with Manchester United.
Who will Leicester sign next?
With a goalkeeper, two defenders and a deep-lying midfielder all signed already, it appears likely the Foxes will focus on attacking players now.
Swansea City striker Joel Piroe is still being linked with his 19-goal tally last season impressing and drawing admirers from the Premier League also, Leicester have competition.
Reports have also suggested that Leicester are eyeing up a loan move for Chelsea’s Italian midfielder Cesare Casadei.
The talented 20-year-old was recently the standout player at the Under-20 World Cup, being named player of the tournament.
Leicester have also been linked with a move for another Manchester City youngster with Cole Palmer targeted. It seems Maresca is putting his Citizen connections to good use but they will face top division competition.
Amad Diallo has been listed as another attacking player Leicester have interest in amid the potential departure of Barnes. However, it is unclear as of yet whether or not United are considering selling their Ivorian.
