Leicester City suffered one of their most harrowing defeats of the season last time out against Brentford.
Leicester City clashed with Brentford in Friday evening’s Premier League fixture and things did not go to plan at all.
The Foxes looked half-decent against Arsenal the weekend prior but any hope fans had of mounting a survival push has been quashed.
Leicester fans turned on Ruud van Nistlerooy during the game, calling for the manager to be sacked.
Meanwhile, there was more than one player who vastly underperformed across the 90 minutes.
Barring perhaps Woyo Coulibaly, the entire backline against the Bees was a complete shambles.
Wilfred Ndidi was far from his best and there were yet more uncreative, lackluster showings from Jordan Ayew and Bobby De Cordova-Reid out wide.
One of the only bright sparks for Leicester against Brentford was long-time servant, Jamie Vardy.

Ruud van Nistelrooy proven right about Jamie Vardy
Speaking late last month, Van Nistelrooy praised Vardy for the leadership he offers to this Leicester side.
He said: “It’s difficult to look into the future, but if I look at it now, at a 38-year-old striker in the Premier League who is performing like he is, with his fitness levels and his intelligent movement in and out of possession, and the leader that he is for us, it’s remarkable.
“The way he looks after himself, for me it implies he can carry on for a long time.”
His leadership was on full display in the Brentford hammering, with the 38-year-old one of just two players who actually looked like they cared about the match and trying to come back.
He worked tirelessly and though it wasn’t his best display, Vardy proved Van Nistelrooy right, and once again showed he will give everything to the club and is trying his best to lead the Foxes out of this relegation scrap.

Jamie Vardy still one of Leicester City’s top-rated players
The Englishman is now in the final six months of his contract and given his age, could retire when 2024/25 comes to a close.
Fans will be hoping that doesn’t happen and Vardy has hinted at his future already this season.
Meanwhile, though he is perhaps past his prime, only two more players who have started at least 10 games this term, have a higher rating than the striker according to WhoScored.
Ndidi has a 6.82 rating with 17 starts, Facundo Buonanotte has a 6.72 with 12 and Vardy is third on the list with 24 starts and a 6.64 rating.
