Leicester City have made a brilliant start to life under Ruud van Nistelrooy.
The Foxes made a winning start under van Nistelrooy by beating West Ham United 3-1 at the King Power Stadium last week.
Leicester followed that up with a respectable draw against Brighton and Hove Albion on the weekend, leaving them five points clear of the relegation zone heading into the busy festive period.

A few additions in the January transfer window and there’s certainly more than enough to avoid relegation this term.
City could do with a winger, striker and centre-back and with that said, here is the game-changing signing they should make to bolster their attacking ranks.

Leicester should try to sign Julio Enciso
Following Abdul Fatawu’s season-ending injury, Leicester are really light of options on the flanks and lack serious quality in that area.
Stephy Mavididi and Kasey McAteer are the current options on either flank, so it’s evidently a position that needs addressing in the January transfer window.
With that said, Leicester should try to sign Brighton’s supremely talented youngster Julio Enciso, who is capable of operating on the left wing, as a number and even as a second striker.
His potential arrival would plug a number of key areas in van Nistelrooy’s squad and the Paraguayan could actually be attainable.
According to La Nacion, Enciso wants to leave Brighton due to a lack of game time and his desire is to remain in the Premier League.
So, after the success City have found with Facundo Buonannote – who arrived from the Seagulls – perhaps they could use their good relations to land his Enciso’s signature on a permanent deal.

Enciso underlying stats
Enciso’s underlying data makes for very impressive reading, indeed.
According to FBref data, the 20-year-old ranks in the top 10 per cent for progressive carries per 90 compared to his positional peers across Europe.
Further, Enciso sits in the top one per cent for blocks, which amplifies his desire to carry out defensive duties, too.
That side of the game is a must for van Nistelrooy, so it seems like he’d be a great fit for The Foxes.
