The Leicester City boss could make a bold call over a key figure in the side.
Leicester City will be hoping to get their first win on the board as they face an away trip to Crystal Palace.
Steve Cooper’s side have just one point on the board so far, however the run of fixtures up to this point have certainly been testing.
Despite picking just one point up at the King Power Stadium so far this season, Leicester City have faced both Tottenham Hotspur and put in respectable performances, however on the road against Fulham there was very little to praise.
With it being widely expected that Leicester City will be in the lower echelons of the Premier League this season, the likes of Crystal Palace are the teams they should be taking points off.
With the absence of Odsonne Edouard as a result of him being unable to play against his parent club, Jamie Vardy will undoubtedly start for the Foxes, however Cooper should look to repeat an unpopular decision when it comes to the frontline.

Steve Cooper should look at alternative attackers to help Jamie Vardy
At the age-of-37, Vardy is certainly past his best, although still looks to be leading the line for the Foxes this season.
Per Leicester Mercury, Cooper said: “We’ve used the two weeks to get the training into him while preparing him to be ready for a game as well.
“He played 90 minutes in the last game and nearly got a penalty at the end, so he wasn’t flagging. That’s testament to his professionalism.”
There is no doubt that any player at Vardy’s age playing as many minutes as he does could massively heighten the risk of him sustaining an injury, of which could be massively detrimental to Cooper’s plans, and as a result, the Leicester City boss must look towards his side as to who can replace the striker from off-the-bench.

Steve Cooper must resort to previous unpopular decision
In pre-season, an injury to Patson Daka saw the striker surprisingly make way for Stephy Mavididi to lead the line, despite Tom Cannon being on the bench.
Whilst at the time it was rightly regarded as a bizarre move from the Foxes coach, it would make much more sense in these trying times for Leicester City, who are without a striker on the bench for their game against Crystal Palace.
Whilst there are no doubts that Vardy shows the desire and professionalism to play 90 minutes, there is no doubt that such an excess of game time can affect a player at that age physically, and whilst Jordan Ayew could be available, he returned late from international dut
As a result, the likes of Facundo Buonanotte could potentially be given 15 or so minutes at the end of the game in place of the former England international.
