Jakub Moder was born in Szczecinek, Poland on 7 April 1999.
This makes him 25-years-old at the time of writing.

Moder stands approximately at 6ft 2 inches tall (1.88m), which would make him one of the taller midfielders in the Leicester squad.
What position does Jakub Moder play?
The 25-year-old is capable of operating as a midfielder, both defensive and attacking, with his best assets coming in a holding midfield role.
His physical presence, ability to tackle and scan in front of the centre-backs to nullify any attacking danger makes him a vital asset for any team.
Jakub Moder style of play
Moder may not be the fastest of players but his short bursts of acceleration enable him to cover the ground required effectively.
Furthermore, as is common with most Premier League players, the Poland international is well-versed in passing and can display an excellent range from short one-two’s to cross-field diagonal balls.
His height means he is more than capable of challenging in the air and he can be a threat in front of goal with his long-range shots, including free-kicks.
Where his downfall could be is his stamina and agility. Whilst he’s fully capable of completing a full game, there are times when he can look sluggish and a yard behind the game.
