Ruud van Nistelrooy is aiming to bring in reinforcements for Leicester City during the 2025 January transfer window.
The winter window is still a few weeks away but the Foxes are already being linked with a number of players.
A King Power return for Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall has been touted amid a lack of playing time since his summer switch to Chelsea.
Leicester could move for Ben Godfrey in January in a bid to sure up their leaky backline, which is currently one of the worst in the Premier League.
Ezechiel Banzuzi is wanted by the Foxes in a £12m deal as well, though signing another midfielder at this stage does seem slightly redundant given the other pressing areas of the squad that need to be addressed.
One of those is the club’s attacking ranks, with a long-term injury to Abdul Fatawu limiting Ruud van Nistelrooy’s options in his front four.
A player has been linked this week that could fill said void but a January transfer looks very unlikely.

Leicester City dealt Giorgi Chakvetadze transfer blow
A report this week credited Leicester with an interest in Watford midfielder Giorgi Chakvetadze.
Football League World claimed the Foxes, along with Everton and Wolverhampton Wanderers were all looking at the attacking midfielder.
The 25-year-old has primarily played as a number 10 this season but his versatility has also allowed the Hornets to deploy him on the left-wing and even as a striker.
He has four assists and one goal in the Championship this term and could have been a useful rotation option and maybe even a long-term replacement from Brighton and Hove Albion loanee, Facundo Buonanotte.
However, Leicester City News have now learned of an exclusive update on the player, who is earning £25,0000-a-week according to Capology.
We understand that it is very unlikely Chakvetadze will leave Watford in January, with Leicester going to have to look elsewhere to fill the void in their front line.

Leicester City have already looked at Giorgi Chakvetadze alternative
One player the Midlands outfit could sign as an alternative to Chakvetadze is Manchester City midfielder, James McAtee.
Leicester tried to sign McAtee in 2023 but could not get a deal over the line despite bringing him to their training ground.
The 22-year-old spent last season on loan at Sheffield United and is now back at the Etihad for the current campaign.
Leicester were linked with McAtee again last month and could potentially sign him now their chances of landing Chakvetadze have taken a hit.
