Leicester City have reportedly identified Jordan Ayew as an attacking target ahead of the 2024/25 Premier League campaign, per Alan Nixon on Patreon.
According to Nixon, Leicester City want ‘extra firepower’ in their attack, and may be available as Crystal Palace ‘revamp their squad under Oliver Glasner’.
The striker, who also reportedly has interest from Saudi Arabia, was highlighted by former Crystal Palace boss Roy Hodgson as the ‘most reliable’ player during his spell at the club, per BBC.
The Ghanian international has a wealth of Premier League experience with 274 appearances across several seasons at the top level.
Will Jordan Ayew solve Leicester City’s need for attacking ‘firepower’
There is absolutely no questioning the experience of Ayew at this level, with his 274 Premier League appearances, as well as 159 games in Ligue 1 in France.
