Leicester City are set to weaken Premier League rival Newcastle United by poaching a member of their backroom team.
With the backing of owner Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha, Steve Cooper has been busy strengthening Leicester City in the transfer market this summer.
The Foxes have so far completed four first-team transfers in the current window; Issahaku Fatawu, Caleb Okoli, Michael Golding, and Bobby De Cordova-Reid.
The Midlands outfit are expected to further strengthen their ranks before deadline day as they bid to avoid Premier League relegation in 2024/25.
Leicester have opened talks with Arsenal for Reiss Nelson over an initial loan deal with an obligation to buy.
Furthermore, Leicester were handed a boost in their pursuit of Arthur Melo this week when Everton distanced themselves from a move.
Now, another name is set to link up with Leicester very soon.
