Leicester City fans have largely been frustrated during the 2025 winter transfer window so far.
The Foxes lost to Fulham last time out, meaning they are now on an eight-game winless streak in the top flight.
Leicester City have dropped all the way down to 19th in the Premier League table since Ruud van Nistelrooy took charge as well.
The Dutchman has had very little support from the board since his arrival, however, especially compared to the club’s relegation rivals.
The likes of Ipswich Town and even Southampton are making moves this month, meanwhile, Leicester have signed just one player.
Woyo Coulibably will be a decent option to compete at right-back but he is unproven in the Premier League and even if he plays well, it’s obvious more signings are needed to stave off relegation.

Why Leicester City transfer plans have been hampered
Reports earlier this week have claimed that Van Nistelrooy is frustrated at Leicester’s lack of signings in the winter.
He was promised funds when he first took up the role but, for the most part, we are yet to see them.
Now though, an insight into why the club have been so quiet in January has now been provided via The Athletic.
In a damning verdict, they wrote: “The need for strengthening via the transfer market in this period is imperative, but concerns over breaching profitability and sustainability rules (PSR) linger and have hampered Leicester’s planning.”
The club avoided a punishment from the Premier League this year following the release of their 2023/24 accounts.
But Leicester could still have PSR problems with both the English top flight and EFL going forward.

Leicester City make contact over transfer
Less than two weeks remain of the winter window but another player could still arrive at the club this month.
Centre-back is an area in desperate need of improvement and it’s now been claimed on Thursday that Leicester have asked AC Milan about Strahinja Pavlovic.
The 23-year-old would be an excellent addition to the club’s backline, which is one of the worst in the Premier League right now.
His price tag is unknown but the £10m sale of Tom Cannon to Sheffield United should help Leicester in their pursuit of Pavlovic.
