Leicester City will be looking to stop the rot when they host Fulham in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
Leicester’s 2-0 loss against Crystal Palace on Wednesday extended their current loss streak to six matches, seeing them remain in the bottom three.
Ruud van Nistelrooy wasn’t impressed with Leicester in the game, claiming they weren’t good enough as Jamie Vardy missed a few golden chances to score.
The Foxes must now erase their recent form and focus on their clash against a Fulham side who are 10th but winless in three league games.
The Cottagers are having a brilliant season under Marco Silva as a solid run of form could see them gatecrash the European places.

Paul Merson predicts Fulham to beat Leicester City
Ahead of the clash, former Arsenal forward Paul Merson has issued his prediction.
Last time out, Merson tipped Leicester to beat Crystal Palace but after the Eagles secured a 2-0 win, the 56-year-old has quickly changed his tune.
Now, in his latest prediction for Sportskeeda, the well-renowned pundit is backing Fulham to win ‘comfortably’ on Saturday and get their European hopes back on track.
“Nothing but a Fulham win here because Leicester cannot win a football match at the moment!” Merson exclaimed.
“I thought Fulham were really unlucky against West Ham, they had plenty of chances but still ended up losing that game. I don’t see how they won’t score against Leicester, they have too much quality to not do that.
“Leicester have now lost six league games in a row and in that run, they haven’t shown enough for us to think it won’t be seven this weekend! I’m backing Fulham to win comfortably here.”
Leicester’s H2H record vs Fulham
Many will agree with Merson and predict an easy three points for the visitors, with the overall history of the fixture going in Fulham’s favour.
The Foxes have won 29 games to the Cottagers 43 while the other 17 games have ended in draws.
Recent history is on Fulham’s side, too, with the Londoners winning four of their last five games in the top flight, most recently the 2-1 victory at Craven Cottage in August.
| Date | Fixture | W/D/L | Scoreline |
| 30 Nov 2020 | Leicester City v Fulham | L | 1-2 |

The last time Leicester beat Saturday’s opponents was in February 2021 as strikes from Kelechi Iheanacho and James Justin clinched a 2-0 win.
Van Nistelrooy can only pray for a similar outcome this weekend as his side aims to win for the first time in eight attempts.
