Leicester City return to league action with an early relegation six-pointer against Southampton on Saturday.
The Foxes secured their first three points of the season last time out thanks to Facundo Buonanotte’s strike in the 1-0 win against Bournemouth.
Steve Cooper will have a near-full-strength side available to him, with Buonanotte, Patson Daka, and Hamza Choudhury the biggest doubts.
This weekend will be the 101st competitive meeting between the two teams and there have been plenty of players who have featured for both sides.
So, with that, we look at five players that have played for both Southampton and Leicester.

Dean Hammond
Dean Hammond enjoyed the best years of his career at Southampton, playing for the club over 100 times and featuring in their run from League One back to the Premier League.
Hammond was also their club captain as they won promotion to the Championship but after securing survival in their first season back in the top flight, the midfielder lost his place and captaincy in the Saints line-up.
He then joined Leicester in the Championship-winning campaign and was a rotation player at best, even playing alongside Esteban Cambiasso in the famous 5-3 win against Manchester United.
The midfielder was at the club for the famous Premier League title win in the 2015/16 season before being released at the end of that year.
Peter Shilton

Peter Shilton started his career at Leicester and was dealt the heavy burden of replacing club legend and World Cup winner Gordon Banks at the young age of 16.
Shilton was a stalwart at Filbert Street and made 286 league appearances across eight years, even scoring a goal.
The England ‘keeper then had spells at Stoke City and Nottingham Forest, winning the European Cup twice at the latter, before moving to the South Coast to join Southampton.
He played 188 times across five years, taking his tally to over 1000 career appearances.
Nathan Dyer
Premier League winner Nathan Dyer started his career at Southampton, coming through the academy and made his debut in 2005.
Dyer played over 50 times for the Saints before moving to Swansea City, where he was instrumental in the club’s most successful period, scoring in the EFL Cup final win against Bradford City.
After falling out of favour at Swansea, Dyer moved on loan to Leicester and scored the winning goal on his debut with a brave header against Aston Villa.
It would be his only goal, however, it would prove to be vital as the Foxes won their first top-flight title in their 132-year history.
Matt Oakley

Like Dyer, Matt Oakley also came through Southampton’s youth academy and he would join Leicester in January 2008, signing from East Midlands rivals Derby County.
After relegation to League One, Oakley became captain of the Foxes and wore the armband between 2008 and 2011.
Oakley ended up leaving Leicester in 2012 after the club agreed to mutually terminate his deal but is still popular among the King Power Stadium faithful.

Dany N’Guessan
After joining on a free transfer in 2009, Dany N’Guessan’s time at Leicester would be a short-lived two-year spell.
N’Guessan scored the winner on his debut against Swansea City and scored six goals in 32 games to help the Foxes earn a top-six finish, only to lose in the play-offs.
The Frenchman joined Southampton on a six-month loan spell in January 2011, registering one assist as he helped the Saints secure promotion to the second tier.
