Leicester City are close to confirming the signing of Woyo Coulibaly following the latest transfer update.
Ruud van Nistelrooy hinted a signing could join the Foxes this week and it seems that Coulibaly could be the man in question.
Coulibaly was left out of the Parma squad on Sunday and said his goodbyes to their fans in a social media post on Monday.
The Foxes are expected to pay £3m for Coulibaly and it seems the full-back is getting closer to becoming the first arrival of Leicester’s transfer window.

Woyo Coulibaly arrives for Leicester City medical
Reports from Sky Sports have revealed that Coulibaly arrived in the UK on Tuesday and is now underdoing his medical.
It said: “Leicester are closing in on the signing of Parma right-back Woyo Coulibaly.
“Coulibaly is understood to be in the UK for a medical with the Foxes. The framework of a deal has been agreed in principle and negotiations are in the advanced stages.”
A right-back was one of the Foxes’ priority signings this transfer window after James Justin has come in for some criticism from Leicester fans this season.
He is also capable of playing in the left-back role too, making him a versatile option that will strengthen the side.

When is Woyo Coulibaly expected to make his Leicester debut?
Right now it’s unclear to say as Coulibaly has still not been formally unveiled as a Leicester signing.
Even if he signs before Leicester face Crystal Palace on Wednesday, it’s extremely unlikely that he will be involved in the matchday squad.
There is a chance he could play a part against Fulham on Saturday 18 January, but this also relies on him being signed in time.

Van Nistelrooy could throw him straight into the starting XI, but given the low fee, he seems likely to be a squad rotation option.
