Leicester City’s transfer window hasn’t exactly gone to plan this month.
Only one player has joined the Foxes, whilst a few rumours here and there are all that have materialised.
Woyo Couliably joined Leicester last week and with just over a week of the window remaining, Leicester are hoping to sign five more.
To help with the finances, the Foxes have taken out a loan to give their hopes of Premier League survival the best chance.
Ruud van Nistelrooy has always been coy on transfers and knows that his squad needs improving all-round, but as anger turns towards the board, the Dutchman is trying to remain positive.

Ruud van Nistelrooy says previous relegation can help Leicester’s survival chances
One of Leicester fans’ biggest concerns is the current back four starting games.
In the past two fixtures, all four of the defenders; James Justin, Wout Faes, Jannik Vestergaard and Victor Kristiansen, were all at the club in the 2022/23 season when the Foxes dropped to the Championship.
Justin was out injured that season and Vestergaard frozen out by Brendan Rodgers, but were all still around.
However, the Leicester boss wants his squad to use the pain of relegation in 2023 to avoid a repeat in May.

He said: “You could look at the squad and you know which players were involved in the relegation two years ago. It’s not only in the back four. It’s in the middle of the pitch, up front, and the goalies as well.
“There’s a fair bit of players who lived that situation and who knows what it’s about, and what the consequences are. It’s good to have them around because they know from experience what it did with them, and they will do everything they can so it doesn’t happen again.”
Leicester fans are still behind Ruud van Nistelrooy
For the first time last week, there were audible signs of discontent towards Van Nistelrooy at the King Power Stadium.
Fans booed the decision to substitute Bilal El Khannouss, which Van Nistelrooy didn’t explain.
Despite that, the 48-year-old is still well-liked by Foxes fans, with the majority of supporters showing support for Van Nistelrooy.
Time is running out though and as each week goes by, the failure to win only ramps up the pressure even more.
