Leicester face Swansea away from home this Saturday as they look to continue making the Championship look easy.
This Leicester side looks geared for promotion and will be confident due to their point tally thus far. No team that has got 30 points from 11 games have failed to gain promotion, so history is in Leicester’s favour.
With players who – with all due respect – shouldn’t be in the Championship, most teams look a level below.
Even a club like Preston in third have looked lost against Leicester as their manager Ryan Lowe said that Leicester are a ‘different class’.
Ahead of such a huge game, in the season’s most important months, Leicester will be keen to grab themselves another win. David Prutton has predicted the game against Swansea, and once again he has backed the ‘formidable‘ Foxes for victory.
Prutton predicts Leicester v Swansea
Writing in his predictions column on Sky Sports, Prutton has had his say on the latest round of Championship games. Including Leicester v Swansea.
Prutton predicted a 2-1 win for the visitors with Enzo Maresca‘s men ‘unstoppable’.
“Swansea are all aboard the Michael Duff train, now. Four wins on the bounce, five unbeaten since their tumultuous derby defeat to Cardiff. Things are looking up.”
Prutton declared before admitting the Foxes are probably still too good and a win here is likely.
“But this is a tough challenge to stay unbeaten. Leicester look unstoppable. Six wins in a row, 10 in 11 all season. They simply have players that shouldn’t be in this league, and I doubt they’ll be in it for too long. Away win.”
One of these players is likely Harry Winks who enjoyed similar praise this week from former Leicester man Ian Baraclough.
A win would put Maresca’s men on 33 points, potentially five points clear at the top depending on Ipswich’s result on Friday.
