Leicester City have been more active on the outgoings than incomings front this month and it’s clear who will leave next.
With the Foxes firmly entrenched in a relegation fight this season, it seemed obvious incomings would be the priority at the King Power Stadium this month.
So far though, Leicester City have only signed one player during the winter window in the form of Woyo Coulibaly.
Meanwhile, two players have already left the Midlands outfit on permanent and loan transfers recently.
Tom Cannon was mocked by fans after making his debut for Sheffield United following his Leicester exit last week.
Elsewhere, Hamza Choudhury has joined Sheffield United on loan until the end of the 2024/25 season with an option to buy.
But he probably won’t be the last player Ruud van Nistelrooy lets go in the January transfer window.

The player Leicester City will let leave after Hamza Choudhury
Choudhury is a product of the Foxes’ academy but never really managed to cement a regular starting berth for himself.
Prior to his exit on Monday, the midfielder had made just four Premier League appearances in 2024/25 for a total of 130 minutes so his departure made sense.
Away from Choudhury, though, it now seems very likely that Caleb Okoli will be the next player to leave the club before deadline day.
The 23-year-old only arrived at Leicester in the summer from Italian side Atalanta BC and was a regular feature under Steve Cooper.
But reports Van Nistelrooy hit out at Okoli emerged last week and though the player has come out to dispute them, his game time has dropped dramatically under the Dutchman.
The stopper is yet to start a game under Ruud, playing just 45 minutes of league football in four outings from the bench.

Caleb Okoli agent comments on Leicester City exit
Meanwhile, there seems to be plenty of interest in the player, with his agent also commenting on the situation.
Previous reports have claimed that Okoli is Parma’s priority transfer this month.
While the agent of Okoli commented on transfer links last week and stated that another Italian side, Cagliari, are interested in his client.
He said: “Yes, at the moment there has been contact from them. Let’s see what can happen by the end of the transfer window”
