Ruud van Nistelrooy has named his Leicester City side for their trip to Aston Villa this afternoon, and supporters are less than happy.
The Foxes face Villa as they look to avoid making it five defeats in a row and try and earn three points to climb out of the bottom three.
Leicester have five players ruled out through injury, which has affected Van Nistelrooy’s decision making when it came to naming his starting XI.
Villa were the winners when the two met last time out, beating Leicester 2-1 at the King Power Stadium and there will be hope that this can be turned around.
With that, here is the Foxes side that will take on Villa and the reaction to it hasn’t been overly positive.
Leicester City side to face Aston Villa as Foxes make two changes
Van Nistelrooy has made two changes to the side that were beaten by Manchester City, with two notable changes to the line-up.
At left-back, Luke Thomas comes in for Victor Kristiansen, who isn’t even amongst the substitutes.
Kristiansen has been a near ever-present in the squad this season and the reason for his absence is yet to be revealed.
The biggest shock of all is to see Facundo Buonanotte dropped to the bench in place of Jordan Ayew, who returns after missing the last game through suspension.
Buonanotte has been one of Leicester’s star players this season and looked solid against Man City, but has been dropped back down to the bench in favour of the Ghanian.
Leicester City fans in agreement over Facundo Buonanotte decision

Fans have been calling for Van Nistelrooy to start Buonanotte ever since he was appointed but, despite his performances, can’t seem to force his way into the starting XI.
It’s a decision that’s baffled Foxes fans for some time and once again, they are all confused by the huge call.
“If you’re not gonna play Buonanotte send him back and loan someone you will play. We should just play him though,” wrote one fan.
Another commented: “Can’t believe Buonanotte can’t get a game amongst this lot.
“How about we just play our best player?,” stated a third.
A fourth said: “Ayew in place of Buonanotte. What is Ruud thinking? Especially after last week.
“Has Ruud got something against Buonanotte? Literally one of our best players and gets dropped for Ayew,” questioned a fifth.
This person said: “Buonanotte dipping out for Ayew is a shambles though.”
