Leicester City are in a battle to sign the forward who has been given a hefty price tag.
Leicester City are looking to get their business done early and get players through the door at the King Power Stadium.
Steve Cooper lost former midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall to Chelsea earlier this summer, where the midfielder made it clear that he wanted to reconnect with former Foxes boss Enzo Maresca ahead of the 2024/25 Premier League campaign.
They have, however, not faltered in finding his replacement, with Matt O’Riley and Callum O’Hare mentioned amongst the names that Cooper is interested to bring to the side.
They have brought in former Fulham attacker Bobby De Cordova-Reid, Michael Golding and Caleb Okoli already, however their attentions have been turned to the ongoing pursuit of a young winger who it is now reported that Leicester City do have ‘genuine interest’ in the ‘extremely dangerous’ hot prospect.

Leicester City face competition for Juventus winger Matias Soule
Leicester City have reportedly got ‘genuine interest’ in Juventus winger Matias Soule, however Serie A side AS Roma are also looking to seal a deal for the Argentinian, per Fabrizio Romano on X.
There is reportedly interest coming from other undisclosed Premier League clubs, which will make it more difficult for Cooper to get his man.
Italian giants Juventus are reportedly holding out for a minimum of £30m for the 21-year-old.
Soule spent the 2023/24 campaign on loan at Frosinone, where he scored 11 goals and assisted three.
He was unfortunately relegated alongside new Leicester City recruit Okoli during his stint with Frosinone in Serie A.

Should Leicester City place all their eggs in one basket for Matias Soule
It’s clear that Juventus are very adamant in not selling the Argentinian prospect for anything less than the reported £30m, showing that Leicester City will have to put towards a lot of their financial power to seal the youngsters’ signature.
If Leicester City weren’t to seal a deal for Soule, they could lose out on a player that could transform the team in the long term.
Soule is without a doubt destined to apply his trade in the top leagues and even the Champions League following the raw talent that he showcased during his stint at Frosinone.
In their current state, Leicester City would seemingly be stepping-stone for Soule’s career, however a £30m fee could easily be doubled in a year’s time as long as he was given regular game time in the Premier League and the Foxes weren’t relegated.
Soule could be a revelation for Cooper’s team, one that would bolster his attacking threat on the wings and also prove that Leicester City mean business after their promotion from the Championship.
