Leicester City fans are growing tired of club chief Jon Rudkin, and who they should replace him with is clear.
Jon Rudkin first linked up with Leicester City in June 2003 when he was appointed the Academy Manager of the Foxes.
On December 14th, 2014, Rudkin replaced Terry Robinson as the club’s director of football and has been in that role ever since.
However, it’s fair to say that the 56-year-old has not exactly excelled in his role over the years, with fan ire continuing to grow.
Leicester are in a relegation battle this season, sitting 19th in the Premier League with 20 games played.
Yet with 10 days of the January transfer window gone, no new arrivals look to be forthcoming at the King Power Stadium.

Leicester City could replace Jon Rudkin with Kieran Scott
Rudkin has received criticism from Leicester fans for missing out on a number of transfer targets over the years.
Earlier this season meanwhile, Leicester fans sent a clear message to Rudkin, chanting ‘we want Rudkin out!’ during their 4-1 hammering at the hands of Brentford.
One man the Foxes should consider replacing Rudkin with this season is Middlesbrough’s current Head of Football, Kieran Scott.
Scott arrived at the Riverside Stadium in September 2021 following a period with Norwich City.
Prior to his appointment, Middlesbrough’s recruitment had been dire for years, with no clear long-term plan in place and too many targets missed out on.
However, Boro have since improved in that department massively. They are actually signing players who fit the manager’s style and selling players like Morgan Rogers and Chuba Akpom for big profit.
Crucially, when a big name does leave, Middlesbrough are now able to find a quality replacement. We saw this when Akpom left for Ajax in 2023 and he was replaced with now Leicester-linked Emmanuel Latte Lath.
Poaching Scott may prove difficult but the lure of heading up a Premier League side’s recruitment may help out Leicester.

Latest Leicester City transfer news
For the time being, the Foxes are stuck with Rudkin overseeing the club’s recruitment this month.
Several names are being linked to the King Power but it remains to be seen if any will actually be signed.
Miguel Almiron has been offered to Leicester this month with Newcastle United wanting around £17m for his services.
Elsewhere, Victor Lindelof isn’t interested in joining the Foxes after previously being touted as an option to help their defensive woes.
Jakub Moder has been linked this week as well but fellow relegation rivals Everton are also looking at him.
